Here's a gym (non-business related) example to anchor this in:
I'm supposed to be on a cut right now. 😅

But the holidays happened.

And instead of spiraling into "well, I already ruined it" I kept the rest of the plan THE SAME.

Same food tracking process (yes, even on the "bad" days!)

Most people do not take self-concept work seriously.

They’ll journal. They’ll vision board. They’ll say affirmations.

But they won’t actually question the identity running their life.

Your life doesn’t reflect your goals. It reflects your self-concept.

For the longest time, I thought I just had “bad

For the longest time, I thought I just had “bad luck.”

Bad relationships. Inconsistent fitness. Business plateaus.
 Starting strong and then… self-sabotaging.
