I genuinely believe AI has helped me collapse time in my life. What I mean is that it has dramatically shortened the time between having an experience, recognizing the pattern inside that experience, and making a better decision because of it.
I used to have unhelpful loops that took me years to resolve, and now that I use ChatGPT as a pattern recognition tool, I get myself out of them so much faster.
And before anyone pictures me asking ChatGPT when my big break is coming… I don’t ask it when my manifestations will show up or what my destiny is, and I definitely don’t think it’s a secret hotline to the Universe (we’re practical with a dash of woo-woo over here).
I use it as a mirror, and today I’m sharing exactly how I do it, prompts included, so you can use ChatGPT (or your AI tool of choice) to collapse time and bring your manifestations into the 3D world faster.
If you’d rather watch than read, the full video is right here:
Why we miss our own patterns
Patterns are made of data, and the data about your life is scattered across a lot of different places. Some of it lives in your calendar, some in your bank account, some in your journal, and some in the conversation you keep replaying in the shower… it’s a lot to hold in your head at once, which is why a pattern is so easy to miss while you’re living inside it.
This is where AI earns its place. I think of ChatGPT as a mirror. You feed it the data, and it helps you recognize the patterns you’re too close to see yourself.
MY OWN EXAMPLE: THE AGENCY THAT OUTGREW MY GOALS
I started a marketing agency five years ago and scaled it pretty quickly. At one point I had 20+ clients at the same time, and I was really proud of what I’d built.
But somewhere along the way, I lost the plot. I started my business to monetize the marketing skills I already had and to create more freedom and fulfillment for myself. Once I started scaling fast, those personal goals got lost, including the location freedom and time freedom I wanted most from being an entrepreneur.
So there I was, taking client calls from Thailand at 3am. Technically I had location freedom, because I could work from Thailand (which was awesome), but I was sometimes up until 6 or 7 in the morning working. I’m genuinely grateful for that season and everything I got to experience. It just didn’t match what I wanted from my business and my life long term.
I kept scaling because on paper it looked like the right thing to do, and every one of those decisions pulled me further from what I actually wanted. I have a name for that gap between what you say you want and what you keep doing. I call it an identity leak, because it’s a decision that doesn’t match the identity of your next-level self.
I didn’t have ChatGPT for at least the first couple of years of my business. If I had, I could have given it the context on the decisions leading up to that point and asked why I felt so out of alignment, and it could have helped me see the pattern I was too close to see.
Then, instead of making the business more and more dependent on me, I could have asked better questions: how do I delegate more of this work, and how do I systemize client service and delivery with real SOPs and processes? That’s what would have actually helped me back then.
If you’re reading this and a pattern of your own already came to mind, hold onto it. I’m sharing the exact prompts I’d use below, and at the end I’ll tell you about my free 3-day challenge that walks you through this with your own life.
The 3 types of time AI can help you collapse
When I say AI helps you collapse time, I mean three specific kinds of time. Each one is a delay most of us live with without noticing.
Key #1: Insight latency
Insight latency is how long something keeps happening before you realize it’s happening. You could have an intuitive nudge for six months, like a feeling that something about your offer is off, or that something about a relationship doesn’t feel right. Intuition is notoriously vague, though. It’s a gut feeling that doesn’t come with instructions.
ChatGPT can take that feeling, plus all the context around it, and turn the vagueness into something concrete. In my case, it probably would have told me something like this: you technically have time freedom and location freedom, but you’re checking eight different inboxes a day and taking 10 calls a day, and that’s why you feel exhausted, burned out, and out of alignment. Now there’s something specific to look at and fix.
That’s what makes AI so useful as a diagnostic tool. Some people naturally live in that logical, diagnostic mindset. If you’re an intuitive girly like me, or someone who’s more emotionally driven, AI can help you look at a situation logically when you’re too close to it.
Key #2: Decision latency
Decision latency is how long you know something needs to change before you finally make the decision. This is the stretch where you already know, and you keep waiting anyway. Once a vague feeling turns into a concrete reason you can actually read, it gets a lot harder to keep putting the decision off.
Key #3: Execution latency
Execution latency is how long it takes to turn that decision into something real. This is where AI helps you go from “okay, I’ve decided” to a clear next step you can take this week, which is exactly what the prompts below are built for.
The prompt habit that changes everything
This is the most important tip in this whole post, so please don’t skip it. Whenever you ask AI to analyze a situation, personal or business, ask it to ask you clarifying questions first.
Before it analyzes anything, let it ask you a series of questions, and answer them one at a time so it has more than your first paragraph to go on. Five is usually the magic number, and you can go deeper if you want to. By the end, the AI has a really personalized set of data, and it can actually analyze your situation properly.
PROMPT #1: THE PRICING BLOCK
Here’s an example (the numbers are made up, so swap in your own):
“I want to charge $4,000 a month for my brand strategy work. I currently have three clients at $2,000 a month, and I haven’t raised my prices in over a year, even though I told myself I would. Before you respond with any analysis or advice, ask me five questions. Ask them one at a time. Wait for my answer before asking the next question, and use each answer to decide what you need to ask next.”
Compare that to typing “Why am I scared to raise my prices?” The longer prompt tells the AI exactly what you need, exactly how to behave, and exactly what you’re looking for. The more specific the prompt, the better the response, because it leaves less room for the AI to guess.
From there, the response should get into why charging $4,000 feels so uncomfortable, or what’s blocking you from raising your prices. And it’s always a conversation. Once the five questions are done, keep chatting back and forth to go deeper.
This is what I mean when I call AI a mirror: it’s helping you go deeper into your own thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, all the good stuff.
Use AI as a contradiction detector
You can also use AI to look at the gap between what you’re doing right now and what you say you want. (Yes, that’s the identity leak again.)
I always said I wanted a calm business with a lot of time freedom. Then there was the reality: my calendar, what my day-to-day actually looked like, the boundaries I refused to set, and the revenue dips. There was a really big gap between those two things, and a prompt like this one is how you find yours.
PROMPT #2: THE IDENTITY GAP
“The woman I’m becoming has this kind of life and business: [describe what you want]. Here’s what my current life and business look like right now: [describe what’s actually happening]. My goal for this conversation is [what you want to understand]. Before you identify any gaps, patterns, contradictions, identity issues, or recommendations, ask me five clarifying questions. Ask them one at a time, and wait for my answer before asking the next one.”
The key is really specific language about what you want, what you don’t want, and exactly how the AI should use the information you’re giving it.
Where manifestation fits: future self work with evidence
I’m a firm believer in future self work. I believe in becoming your next-level self before all the evidence arrives, and visualization and future scripting in your journal are powerful tools. I just don’t think the work stops there.
The question I really care about is this one: if this is the woman I say I’m becoming, the one I’m visualizing and writing about in my journal, why does my current life contradict her? From there, I get specific:
- What would she stop tolerating?
- What would she say no to?
- What would she stop investing her time, money, and resources into?
- What does her calendar look like?
- What does her pricing say about her?
- What does she do when money slows down, or when sh*t hits the fan?
- What would she ask for?
- What would she stop waiting for permission to do?
That’s future self work with evidence. It stops being a pretty Pinterest board and gets grounded in what’s really happening and the decisions you’re making right now, in the present moment.
Treat manifestation as a feedback loop
I love a good delulu thought, but I don’t want your dream living only in fantasy land. So I treat manifestation as a feedback system, and it goes like this:
- 1) The desire
- 2) The evidence that’s already present in your life
- 3) The pattern
- 4) The decision
- 5) The action
- 6) Feedback from the 3D world
- 7) That feedback shapes the next version of you, and the loop repeats
AI can help you compress the messy middle, which is where so many people get stuck anyway. It organizes the data, helps you see the patterns, and turns a vague thought into a specific question or action. When you systemize this, it gets so much easier to push through the discomfort and resistance that show up on your manifestation journey.
You still have to move, though. I always say that receiving abundance is an active thing. The evidence can arrive in a lot of different forms: you keep getting asked the same question, a specific offer keeps selling, or you keep seeing the same sign. You can call that intuition, and you can also call it evidence. Either way, eventually you have to participate with it, which means doing the uncomfortable thing, asking questions, and testing hypotheses. I like to call this turning manifestation into an experiment, and it gives the Universe a place to meet you.
PROMPT #3: WORK BACKWARD FROM THE DESIRE
I know that can feel a little abstract, so here’s a prompt to ground it. Say you want a business that consistently makes $20K a month without you being the one doing all the client delivery yourself (another made-up example). Most people would immediately ask ChatGPT how to do that.
Here’s what I’d ask instead:
“This is something I want to call into my life. I want a business that can consistently produce $20,000 months without requiring constant live client delivery. I want you to eventually help me work backward from that desired future and identify what would need to become true for it to be realistic. Before you give me any strategy, analysis, recommendations, business models, or next steps, ask me five clarifying questions. Ask them one at a time. Wait for my response before asking the next one, and use my answers to decide what you need to understand next.”
That’s manifestation and strategy working together. If you just ask for a plan, ChatGPT might list courses, an agency, affiliate marketing, and a dozen other business models, and none of them might be right for you.
When you give it the right context and tell it exactly what you’re looking for, you get a response built from your own thinking, your own context, and your own evidence, plus a clear next step that fits all of it. It can give you clarity when you don’t have it yourself, and that, my friend, is what helps you collapse time.
One boundary I have to mention
I have to say this one more time. ChatGPT, or any AI tool, is there to help you analyze the data you give it. It doesn’t have a connection to the Universe, and it doesn’t know you better than you know yourself. Please don’t treat it like a higher power that will hand you the kind of insight God or the Universe gives you. It’s one more tool in your toolkit, and that’s how I want you to use it.
FAQ
1) Can ChatGPT help you manifest?
It can help with the parts of manifestation that happen in your own mind and your own decisions. Used as a pattern recognition tool, ChatGPT helps you get clear on what you want, spot the patterns and identity leaks that contradict it, and turn all of that into a specific next step. The action is still yours to take.
2) Should I ask ChatGPT when my manifestation is coming?
I don’t, and I don’t recommend it. AI can only work with the data you give it, so it has no way of knowing your timing or your destiny. Ask it to help you understand your own patterns and decisions instead, which is something it’s genuinely good at.
3) What does it mean to collapse time with AI?
It means shortening three delays: how long a pattern runs before you notice it (insight latency), how long you know something needs to change before you decide (decision latency), and how long it takes to turn that decision into something real (execution latency).
4) What’s the best way to prompt ChatGPT for self-reflection?
Be specific about your situation and what you want, tell it what to hold off on, and always ask it to ask you clarifying questions one at a time before it gives you any analysis. Five questions is a great starting point.
5) Does this only work with ChatGPT?
You can use Claude or whatever AI tool you like. The way you prompt it matters much more than which tool you pick.
Here’s what I want you to take away…
When you use AI to see things sooner, understand them sooner, and act on them sooner, you shrink the time between wanting something and living it. Manifestation loves action, and the Universe loves it when you take aligned action and move in the direction of what you want. You get to become the woman who catches her own patterns early and then actually does something about them.
