Here’s where we add the “I see you” magic. Give ChatGPT specific details (names, favorite places, emotional states) and it’ll weave them right into the meditation.

Copy + paste this prompt:

Create a calming meditation script for Riley, who is feeling anxious. Include gentle reassurance and a guided visualization of sitting by a peaceful ocean at sunrise. Speak directly to Riley by name throughout the script.

Here’s my workflow:
