Intuition is the feeling of just “knowing” something.
On your life journey, your intuition is the compass. It will guide you to happiness and fulfillment.
Here are some ways to tap into your intuition:
1. Ground yourself in the present.
Sometimes, intuition is so bold that you can’t miss it.
But most of the time (especially if you haven’t actively listened to your intuition before), you’ll need to pay attention to notice it.
Mindfulness will help you be more intuitive. My favorite exercises include meditation and journaling. They have helped me understand my intuition on a deeper level.
2. Validate your own emotions.
Self-validation will help you become more intuitive.
Allow yourself to feel your emotions all the way through, even if they don’t make sense to you.
Let yourself feel, and your intuition will make itself known.
3. Trust your gut feeling.
Once you feel your intuition, trust it. It can only help you, especially if you’re making a big decision in your life or business.
4. Eliminate the “noise” in your environment.
Intuition isn’t usually a loud yell. It’s more of a whisper.
You’ll need to eliminate noise in order to hear the gentle whisperings of your intuitive side.
“Noise” can come in the form of negative people or bad vibes in general. To strengthen your intuition, avoid toxic people and situations.
