The eucalyptus essential oil is my favorite. I carry it around in my purse, and I use it whenever I have a stress-induced headache. I just inhale it, and sometimes I rub a little on my chest so I can get a lasting effect. It works wonders for my mental clarity, and it also helps to reduce any congestion I have.

This is the multivitamin I take daily, and it’s been my favorite for years now! (Mostly because they’re gummies, but the health benefits are great, too!)

Weighted blankets are great for relaxing and getting good sleep at night. I often get anxiety in the evening, so anything that helps me fall asleep is a winner for me.

My nighttime anxiety makes it difficult for me to fall asleep when it’s dead silent. When I was little, I always slept with the TV on because the silence was terrifying to me. This white noise machine makes just enough noise to break the silence and ease anxious thoughts.
20. The Body Image Workbook
A few years ago, I went to therapy for an eating disorder. This was the body image workbook my therapist recommended to me, and I found it super useful.
