As much as I love to embody positive energy and feel happy, I get into a bad mood occasionally. (I’m human, after all.)
Recently, I’ve elevated my self-awareness so I can identify when I’m in a bad mood. Once I acknowledge my emotions, I can work toward feeling better.
I’ve learned that most bad moods can be shifted with a change in perspective. In today’s podcast episode, I teach you how to perform a reset ritual to get yourself out of a negative spiral and back into a positive mood.
